How to create a new order for a service ? Print

This tutorial gives an overview on how to create orders for new products or services on LagoonSpace Web Solutions ordering platform. For this example we have selected our "Unlimited Hosting" plan to demonstrate the process.

 

  1. As a user when you have decided to purchase a service in this case Unlimited Hosting, you can visit this URL and click on Add to cart
  2. You will be directed to our order management system
  3. If you wish to register a new domain enter the domain name and click on "Check" to see if its available for purchase
  4. If you to use your own domain name which you already have registered somewhere else, use third option "I will use my existing domain"
  5. Goto next page to overview your order/service details and add extra addons if needed.
  6. Choose your billing cycle appropriately. We have 4 options for selection(monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually).
  7. Please make sure you have selected appropriate currency which you prefer to make payment.
  8. We have some configurable options where you can request Additional IP or Additional backup. Please select if you want to add that to your order. There are some services like VPS which offer additional resources like extra CPU, RAM an Storage.
    1. Please do not select any configurable options if you dont need them for your order.
  9. Once you have selected everything you want in the order, click on Continue
  10. If you have a promotional coupon please enter it in promo code section and click on Validate Code
  11. Click on Checkout
  12. If you are a new customer please fill in all the details on the form. If you are an existing customer click on Already Registered and enter your login credentials to fetch your details.
  13. In Payment details section, enter your credit card details.
  14. Once everything is complete click on Complete Order
  15. Once payment is successful you will receive login credentials for your Unlimited Hosting account in your email which was used for registering an account with us.
